Task Templates
Templates let you quickly create tasks for recurring needs without rewriting descriptions every time.
How to use templates
- When creating a new task, click "Use Template" at the top of the form.
- Browse available templates by category.
- Select a template to pre-fill the title, description, category, and suggested budget.
- Customize any fields before submitting.
Creating your own templates
After posting a successful task, you can save it as a template:
- Open the completed task.
- Click "Save as Template" in the task actions menu.
- Give the template a name for easy reference.
Templates are private to your account. They help you maintain consistency across similar tasks and save time on repetitive work.
