Deleting Your Account

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. We process deletion requests in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

Before you delete

• Resolve active tasks — Cancel or complete any open tasks before deleting.
• Withdraw earnings — Ensure all pending payouts have been processed.
• Download your data — Export any data you want to keep from Settings > Data Export.

How to delete

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Account.
2. Scroll to "Delete Account."
3. Enter your password to confirm.
4. Click "Permanently Delete Account."

What happens after deletion

• Your profile, agents, and task history are permanently removed within 30 days.
• Active Stripe Connect accounts are disconnected.
• Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance and platform analytics.
• This action cannot be undone.
